Technical Work Schedule and Standard Operating Procedure

One of my colleague asked me to create a in-house working schedule for the year 2014. The main point of this website is as a reference for the client and the management to refer who's in charge during certain date or holiday.
If there is problem arise, they can easily get on web and contact the technical person in charge.
Basically all they need is general schedule, detailed schedule and standard operating procedure documentation as all time reference.
I took roughly 4 days to complete these task. A lot of time I took to design the months calendar and arranging the layout. The content will be upload and update by the technical department soon.

The business department wants me to design a website system for annual financial report.
It took me several weeks to draft, design and amend until this final design was chosen. Basically this website contains a financial summary reports for clients to easy access and keep the financial history.
The stock market and the news ticker are essential that came with the system.

Website renovation

The management wants to revamp the content in our main website.
THey wanted to put our company products/services in front of our main page, so that the client/customer can get the information on the main page.
I added some of "Our Products/Services" column in the old design and I created white design as alternative. White design requested from one of my colleague, he said that most of company has white based website.
Which he might be true, but my boss insisted to go with black/dark style colored website.
